½ cup olive oil or avocado oil
1 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
1 ½ cup natural peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1-2 drops of thieves vitality oil
4 ½ cup old fashioned oats
½ cup steel cut oats
4 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 cup dairy free chocolate chips or cacao nibs
1 cup unsweetened raisins.
¼ cup unsweetened coconut
¼ chopped nuts
Mix eggs, oil, honey, peanut butter, vanilla and thieves vitality oil in a large bowl set aside.
Combine old fashioned & steel cut oats, baking soda, coconut and nuts (optional).
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins. Bake at 325 for about 10 minutes if making large cookies or until slightly brown. Let cookies set up on baking pan for a minute or so before transferring to cooling rack.
