DIY PRODUCTS TO INCORPORATE:
Whipped Peppermint Body Butter
8 drops Peppermint EO
½ cup cold-pressed, organic coconut oil
¼ cup shea butter
¼ cup cocoa butter
½ cup sweet almond oil
1 tsp. vitamin E
Melt the shea butter, cocoa butter, and coconut oil over medium heat. Do not boil. Once liquefied, remove from the heat and let cool. Add in the essential oils, sweet almond oil, vitamin E, and put the cream in the refrigerator to bring it back to a solid state. Before mixing, let it sit out at room temperature to slightly soften, making it easier to work with. Using an electric mixer, whip until fluffy. Using a wooden spatula, transfer to a glass jar.
Lavender Lemon Body Scrub
Using a homemade sugar scrub is the most natural and inexpensive way to exfoliate and soften your skin. The fine texture of sugar gently exfoliates without leaving a heavy residue that can clog pores. By gently massaging this scrub onto your skin, you are stimulating blood circulation, which can aid in cell regeneration and collagen production.
5 drops Lavender EO
5 drops Lemon EO
