Baked Oatmeal w/Infused Maple Syrup

This is one my favorite, cozy breakfasts! Bonus points because it’s easy…mix, stir, dump and bake. I hope you try it and enjoy it!

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 ½ c. milk of choice

  • 2 ½ c. old fashioned oats

  • ½ c. dried currants, cranberries, or raisins

  • ½ c. coconut sugar

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 2-4 drops Thieves vitality oil

Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, Thieves oil with a whisk. Set aside. Mix oats, cranberries, coconut sugar and cinnamon. Put the oat mixture in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Pour the egg mixture on top and stir slightly. Bake between 20-30 minutes depending on if you prefer your oatmeal creamy (less time) or completely done.

Note: You could also sub in one chopped apple as the fruit. Sauté chopped apples in 2 Tbsp of butter for about 15 minutes in the glass baking dish before adding the other ingredients.

Infused Maple Syrup

  • ½ real maple syrup

  • 1 drop thieves vitality oil

  • 1 drop cinnamon bark vitality oil

Swirl a bit on top right before serving.
