Green Pear Smoothie

Thanks to my friend Amanda @redesignamanda

  • 1 cup Kale

  • ½ Pear

  • ½ Cucumber

  • ¼ cup Frozen Avocado Chunks

  • ½ cup water

  • 1-2 drops each of Ginger, Lemon & Cilantro essential oils

  • 1 scoop Protein Powder

Play around with measurements to your taste preference

Veggie Salad in Jars

Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped broccoli

  • 2 c. chopped or julienned carrots

  • 2 c. chopped cucumber

  • 2 c. chickpeas

  • 2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 c. chopped fresh mushroom

Be creative, there are so many options with this recipe!

Dressing

  • 1 cup olive oil, or oil of your choice

  • 4 T balsamic vinegar

  • 3 T raw honey, optional

  • 3 t Dijon mustard

  • 2 drops orange vitality oil

  • 2 drops citrus fresh vitality oil

  • 1 drop oregano vitality oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.   Combine all the vegetables in a bowl. Stir in the dressing carefully. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2.   Note: If you make this up ahead of time, don't add the mushrooms right away. Stir those in right before serving.

3.   You can adjust the dressing to your liking. For example: substitute balsamic vinegar with red wine vinegar and different essential oils for different flavors and health benefits.
