Coconut Cream Fruit Parfaits

 

Have fun creating and then enjoying these parfaits. One of my grandson’s favorites.

Ingredients

  • Can of Coconut Milk, refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the cream to harden and separate from the coconut water

  • 2-4 Tbsp of regular coconut milk

  • 1-2 Tbsp of pure maple syrup

  • 1-2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

  • 2-4 drops of Orange essential oil

  • 2-4 drop of Citrus Fresh essential oil

  • Fresh fruit of choice

  • Mini Chocolate Chips, optional

 Directions

Beat the cream with the almond/coconut milk to get a creamy consistency.

Add maple syrup, chia seeds and essential oils.

Spoon small amount of coconut cream in the bottom of glass jar or dish. (Save enough for top layer) Place a middle layer fruit of your choice and finally top with more coconut cream. Garnish with mini chocolate chips if desired.
